Networks and Heterogeneous Media (NHM) publishes original contributions of high quality in networks, heterogeneous media and related fields.  Also, the journal aims to create a link between the discrete and the continuous communities, which distinguishes it from other journals with strong PDE orientation.
NHM publishes Research articles; Communications; Expository papers; Technology Transfer and Knowledge Translation reports; Announcements and Industrial Progress and News.
To ensure the sustainability of the journal, NHM has been Open Access since 2023, and publishes quarterly.
