Manuscript Topics

Precision medicine plays a pivotal role in comprehending, diagnosing, and treating life-threatening diseases of significance. By harnessing the potential of omics and analytics, precision medicine can reach a broader scope, ushering in a new era of more personalized and accurate care plans for individuals.

The primary objective of this Special Issue is to empower researchers to deliver tailored bioinformatics and computational approaches that leverage state-of-the-art omics data to gain enhanced insights and comprehensive feature characterization in precision medicine. We warmly welcome research contributions covering diverse topics, such as the interrogation of specific omics data, the integration of multiple omics datasets, in-depth analyses of spatial transcriptomics data, and cutting-edge imaging data investigations, among others. Additionally, we invite bioinformatics papers exploring drug discovery and drug–target interactions to further enrich the breadth of the Special Issue.
