Manuscript Topics
Recent industry evolutions are concentrating on the topic of sustainability. The overall development is the ultimate development of society. Supply chain management and its movement also follow a similar path to the industrial revolution. Thus, supply chain management is now moving towards a sustainable supply chain management, which can contribute to all three economic, environmental, and social development of society. This area of research is comparatively new rather than traditional supply chain management. There are multiple objects involved in sustainable supply chain management, which makes complicated situations for the management to decide the optimal decisions. It needs more research scope to explore this area more.
This special issue aims to find solutions for supply chain management with mathematical modelling based on novel research problems. The state of the art of research problems and managerial decision-making approaches are acceptable within the scope of the special issue. The mathematical models and their novel solution methodologies are acceptable for further consideration in publication.
Submitted papers should follow the following topics. Other novel topics and approaches are also acceptable.
Topics:
• Mathematical modelling on supply chain management
• Mathematical modelling of bio-products
• Mathematical modelling of living beings
• Solution methodology for mathematical modelling for bio-products
• Sustainability and bio-products
• Inventory management for bio-products
• Bio-products and remanufacturing
