The need for powerful control systems is strongly needed in the modern age of technology and is considered to be of primary importance to industrial development. A fully operational system that will help to detect anomalies correctly and provide effective control within the network of operations. The requirement for machine learning and optimization has become more and more vital to modern systems. For digital applications, the need for machine learning and optimization has become more and more vital. Accuracy and energy savings are much superior to human observations, which is why doctors favour electronic devices to a large degree. Soft computing has appeared in the previous decade as possible candidates for solving complex and complex problems of global optimization, Control system applications, and power system application fields have challenging deeds, which are to be unraveled by the researchers. Artificial Neural Networks, Fuzzy logic, Genetic Algorithms (GA), Differential Evolution (DE), Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Artificial Bee Colony (ABC), Firefly Algorithm (FFA) algorithm, etc., are some of the favored soft computing mechanics for machine learning and global optimization. The approaches have been successfully applied to a broad variety of benchmark and real-world application problems. This particular topic is the perfect forum for researchers to come up with new concepts and techniques for digital technology in the field of soft computing. This issue is of immense concern, since it directly impacts multiple aspects of society.
