Abstract: The aim of this Special Issue is to publish original research papers on combinatorial design theory, coding theory, graph theory, algebraic combinatorics and finite geometry, with particular emphasis on establishing new synergies among them, and new applications to other fields and to the real world, including artificial intelligence, communication networks, cryptography, computer science, hardware and software design, design of experiments, logistics, machine learning, and scheduling or transportation networks, amongst others. Potential topics of this Special Issue include but are not limited to the following:
• Construction of combinatorial designs, codes and graphs related to finite groups, finite fields and finite geometries.
• Construction of linear codes from graphs and combinatorial designs.
• Construction of error-correcting codes, quantum codes and network codes related to combinatorial structures.
• Hadamard matrices.
• Latin squares, quasigroups, and related algebras.
• Quantum cryptography.
