In the last decades, the theory of functional equations in the complex domain has experienced a great development, together with the methods involved in their study. Among them, one can cite ordinary differential equations, partial differential equations, difference and q-difference equations, integral equations, fractional equations, etc.

The aim of this special issue is focused on publishing original papers covering the recent advances in the study of Ordinary Differential Equations in the complex domain, Partial Differential Equations in several complex variables and other functional equations such as difference equations in the complex domain, including q-difference equations, and other functional equations mentioned above.
