Harmonic Analysis for Networks and Multiresolutions: We invite papers dealing with a variety of methodologies from operator theory and geometric measure theory to develop new and innovative applications, e.g., to network analyses, graphs, fractal measures, and to multiresolution structures.
This includes harmonic analyses in sub-band filters from signal and image processing, and associated wavelet expansions, foundational research aiming to build multiresolutions (MRSs) for wide classes of dynamics built on measurable endomorphisms.
Harmonic analyses of self-similar structures. New classes of generalized MRSs from a dynamical theory-approach to endomorphisms of measure spaces.
Summary:
• New multiresolution structures arising from measurable endomorphisms with an emphasis on self-similar properties
• Non-orthogonal Fourier expansions in L^2 spaces for classes of fractal measures
• Connection between multiresolutions and representation theory in Hilbert space
• Practical problems in signal processing and network analysis
