Pattern recognition is an essential field of study that focuses on the identification and classification of patterns in various data types, ranging from images and signals to textual and numerical data. Over the years, significant advancements have been made in pattern recognition algorithms, techniques, and applications, leading to improved accuracy and efficiency in many real-world scenarios. This special issue aims to showcase the latest research developments, novel methodologies, and practical applications in the field of pattern recognition.

All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality and relevance of accepted papers. Manuscripts should be original and not previously published or currently under review elsewhere. Accepted papers in this special issue will be published in the upcoming regular issue of ERA once the process is completed, with a permanent online display under this special issue.
