Manuscript Topics
The proposed special volume will showcase the pertinent role of control theory in addressing in real-world applications. The current health and climate emergencies have showed the importance of studying biological, medical, climatological, and physical phenomena using differential equations models and associated theoretical strategies. In addition to the health and climate applications, another important motivation for studying stability comes from the analysis of mechanical systems characterized by some forms of damping, such as heat conduction, viscosity, friction, memory, delay, etc., so that the given mechanical system is dissipative. In this context, the contribution that can be given by control and stability theory applied to evolution equations is remarkable.
This special volume is devoted to original and new results on control theory and stability for evolution equations in the broadest sense. The principal scope is to cover new theoretical results and related applications in control and stability methods.
The principal topics to be covered include, but are not limited to, the following topics:
• Observability, controllability and stabilization of dynamical systems
• Estimation of dynamical systems
• Theoretical, numerical and practical approaches
• Applications of control and stability theory
