DOI: 10.3934/biophy.2020007. The author noticed an error in Eq.4. When the error was identified, it was corrected immediately.

    The current incorrect version of Eq.4 is:

    V(r¯)=d3r¯ρ(r¯)4πϵ0ϵe|r¯r¯|/λD|r¯r¯r¯'|

    The correct version of Eq.4 should be:

    V(r¯)=d3r¯ρ(r¯)4πϵ0ϵe|r¯r¯|/λD|r¯r¯|
