Manuscript Topics

The “Young Investigator” Special Issue aims to be a showcase for scientist by allowing them to publish without fees the results of their researches, foster knowledge of their colleagues’ research in the field of allergy and immunology and fostering their interactions and professional development.


The purpose of this Special Issue entitled is to update knowledge on epidemiology, pathogenesis, and treatment of allergy and immune-mediated diseases in children and adults.


The young scientist are invited to publish reviews and experimental papers that address the state of the art in the management of allergic and immunologic diseases and in particular place newly available data into perspective.


The topics include but are not limited to:
• Allergic diseases of the eye, gastrointestinal tract, skin
• Adverse reactions to foods, drugs, vaccines, stinging insects and other agents
• Hypersensitivity
• Clinical immunology
• Autoimmunity
• Inflammation
• Immune dysfunction
• Stem cell, bone marrow and/or organ transplantation
