Manuscript Topics
AIMS Neuroscience is requesting paper submissions. Manuscripts will need to be received by May 10, 2017, and decisions on acceptance will be completed by June 10. The anterior insula has traditionally been associated with affect and interception, but recent evidence indicates that this region plays a prominent role in human cognitive control. What theoretical function would this region play that link together these seemingly disparate roles?
