Manuscript Topics

With the development of economic integration, international community has been paying increasing attention to the harmonious development between economic growth and ecological environment. According to the reports from World Health Organization, the death toll each year due to air pollution has exceeded 7 million in the world. Greenhouse effects cause global warming. Rise of sea level might lead to submerging lands bearing the weight of 280 million people provided the earth's temperature rises by 2℃. Suppose that the world develops according to the lifestyle and consumption pattern of developed countries. Then four earths are needed for the survival of mankind in a hundred years. As a result, environmental protection has been one of the internationally major issues. To improve the effects on ecological environment, enterprises should execute technical innovation and reduce emissions. Sustainable finance supports technical innovation and green production for enterprises.  It provides a valid approach in environmental protection.

Quantitative Finance and Economics (QFE) tries hard to provide high-quality research information on development of sustainable finance via quantitative methods. Due to the increasing popularity of this topic, world-wide interest in the work performed by researchers in this area is constantly expanding.
