Manuscript Topics

This special issue focuses on multidisciplinary approaches to people with chronic pain. We intend to collect papers that address chronic pain from different areas of intervention including drugs, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic education, neuro-orthopedic manual therapy, psychotherapy, or combination of these interventions creating multicomponent approaches from a biobehavioral paradigm where the person is at the center.
This issue covers, but is not limited to the following topics:
-Biopsychosocial approach to the person with chronic pain.
-Pharmacology in the management of chronic pain
-Education and therapeutic exercise
-Neuro-orthopedic manual therapy
-Psychotherapy for the treatment of pain
-Multimodal chronic pain treatment
