The goals of this special issue involve investigating energy policy problems and develop solutions faced by energy efficiency and financial inclusion in resolving climate change dilemmas for reaching carbon neutrality, as well as their interactions with the economic, ecological, social, and political systems. The paper collection intends to bridging a knowledge gap linking energy efficiency, financial inclusion, and a low-carbon energy system by compiling high-quality research articles from throughout the world.
